The food is really good. The wait for our 4lbs of barbacoa was almost an hour, NOT GOOD!! I would come back and eat there. The waitresses seemed really attentive.

The food is excellent, unlike the bigger fancier restaurant across the way. The owners come out of the back kitchen area from time to time and will interact with their customers. Don't really see that anymore. Now the food is finger likin good. Those other over priced so called Mexican places down IH 10 have nothing over the quality of food you get here.

Had the menudo and I felt it was rather tasty! The service was great too. Our server made sure our coffee was always full and it tasted good too, a little on the strong side but still good. It has limited parking and you may have to park down the street.

This is my go-to for beef fajitas, and yes, their green salsa is top tier! Sweet tea is always on point! Atmosphere and service is 5 star worthy. Very friendly and welcoming people who will remember who you are and what your preferences are. Isn't that just lovely they close at 3, so make sure to get up early for your breakfast tacos and lunch!! You won't want to miss out! They do offer specials :)

Now this a true authentic Tex mex breakfast huge portions and the best homemade flour tortillas, they also say their corn tortillas are hand made (not sure how big they are as we only ordered flour). I rate their flour tortillas neck and neck with my Moms. Fully cooked, no raw spots , puffed up tortillas , nice and soft not chewy even when they cooled down still soft!! Nice and clean place, their have friendly staff and damn good prices ! I highly recommend this place. A down to earth place. Only open for breakfast and lunch, as the close at 3pm. Did I mention a clean place they even got a perfect score of 100% by the SA health inspector, proudly displayed on the wall! My Mom is almost 89 yrs old and she really enjoyed her breakfast taco. A little warning for the lite eaters only order the breakfast taco (the flour tortillas are quite large approx 7 inch diameter). The breakfast plate comes with 2 flour tortillas and enough food to probably make 4-5 tacos (depending how fat yu like your tacos). Come and try this place you will definitely not be disappointed !

If you are ever near Rigsby Rd you need to check out this little gem of a Tex-Mex restaurant. The waitresses are friendly, your order is brought to you hot and short wait time . But the food they nailed it!! I have to admit this is my first ever favorite Tex-Mex Restaurant. Those who follow the San Antonio Kitchen scores from the Health Department ....100/A.... look it up check out they proudly display it in their restaurant....5 stars to the Owner and Staff !!!

Our favorite hole in the wall location! The best chicken puffy tacos in San Antonio! This is a family owned restaurant and the food is awesome!

I’m a firm believer that you can judge a Mexican restaurant right away by the chips and salsa — and both were great! The salsa was nice and spicy, just as it should be, and the chips tasted freshly made in-house. I ordered the Gordita plate and was amazed at how fresh everything was. The homemade tortillas were a huge plus. Our waitress and the staff at checkout were friendly and welcoming, and the place was clean. Finding parking can be a little difficult but well worth the wait for a spot
